ICT technologies such as a phone linked client relationship management system, Smart phones, Skype, applying social media for business, a live security breach, vulnerabilities in wireless technologies, how to spot a fraudulent website and Cloud Computing will all be demonstrated. This area will be open throughout the day for delegates to use. |

| Over 75% of you have asked for clarification on the benefits of using and adopting Cloud Technologies within your business. We will have experts on hand to explain and help you implement and manage Cloud Services should you wish to. | ||
