  The Innovation and e-Business Roadshow for Wales 2010 will be a highly ‘interactive’ experience offering practical help and advice. The content of the Roadshow has been created following input from over 200 innovative and proactive businesses and will include:
  Video Case Study  
  Learn how a business has benefited from innovation and e-Business support.
 
  Learn  
  About new ideas and techniques, such as social media networking, to maximise commercial opportunities for your innovative products.  
  Demozone  
  Here delegates can try out technologies and chat to experts about support options. ICT technologies such as a phone linked client relationship management system, Smart phones, Skype, applying social media for business, a live security breach, vulnerabilities in wireless technologies, how to spot a fraudulent website and Cloud Computing will all be demonstrated. This area will be open throughout the day for delegates to use.
 
  Future Technologies  
  Over 75% of you have asked for clarification on the benefits of using and adopting Cloud Technologies within your business. We will have experts on hand to explain and help you implement and manage Cloud Services should you wish to.  
  Practical Workshops  
  Will offer direct advice, support and guidance to businesses across Wales on the benefits of e-business integration and advancement through ICT. The workshops will also include a session from the e-Crime Wales team on information security, data theft and Intellectual Property (IP).  
  FREE ICT Diagnostic  
  The e-Business team will be offering all companies a free business health check to identify opportunities for improved use of ICT, plus consultancy on all aspects of business processes, including, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Client Relationship Management Tools (CRM).  
  Free Business Innovation Advice  
  Innovation managers will be offering free impartial advice to companies on their innovation needs, including, intellectual property (IP) protection, new product development, collaborative opportunities and manufacturing and design processes.
